- Step 1.
- Start with a 30.5cm x 30.5cm blue background page. Arrange and layer three coordinating patterned paper onto the background page.
- Step 2.
- Accordion fold yellow paper into three separate panels and attach to the center of the page.
- Step 3.
- Mat photographs in a complementary patterned paper. Place a photo on each panel, making sure the photograph on the cover is slightly smaller.
- Step 4.
- Cut two small rectangles out of yellow patterned paper. Spell out each person's name using white brads and rub-on letters. Attach the finished brads to yellow rectangles.
- Step 5.
- Place a white piece of embroidery floss behind each finished rectangle and attach the finished rectangles to the accordion card. Secure the excess thread with tape on the back of the card.
- Step 6.
- Attach a white heart button at the top of the card with embroidery floss. Leave the thread long to use as a pull to open the accordion card.
- Step 7.
- Die-cut the daisies out of white and yellow paper. On the yellow daisies, cut around the perforation marks in the center. Place the yellow circles onto the white daisies. Arrange the finished daisies onto the page using foam adhesive to create dimension.
- Step 8.
- Add press-on letters at the top to create a title and journaling block at the bottom to tell the story.
Note: Brads and buttons are a fast and easy way to add embellishments.
