Cut various-sized waves from complementary blue papers.
Step 2.
To paper tole: Turn a wave to the back side. Using the back of a plastic spoon, rub from the center out across the entire surface. The paper will begin to curl. Then trace the outline of the paper shape witha stylus. Repeat this for each wave.
Step 3.
Layer and arrange the waves with foam adhesive.
Step 4.
For the title, die-cut letters and numbers. Use foam adhesive to lift alternate letters. Outline some letters with a pigment market to make letters stand out against the background.
Step 5.
Sihouette and mat photos, and then adhere, Journal as desired.
