Open the petal card and adhere the decorative paper square to the inside center with double-sided tape. Layer the message card on the decorative paper.
Step 2.
Close the top flap, side flap, bottom flap and side flap to form a petal shape. Press down to secure the message card inside.
Step 3.
Wrap the strip of decorative paper around the closed petal card and apply a double-sided tape to fasten it. Do not apply any tape to the card itself so that the paper band can slip on and off easily.
Step 4.
Draw an irregular heart shape ona scrap of red cardstock and cut it out.
Step 5.
Transfer the rub-on letters onto the heart by rubbing with the eyelet setter or blunt end of your tweezer. Touch up the letter with white gel pen.
Step 6.
Adhere the heart to the front of the band with double-sided tape.
