Tear off thin strips of Eclipse tape and adhere them to a piece of white cardstock to mask portions of the background.
Step 2.
Brush coloured dye ink onto the cardstock and over the masks with a stiff brush. Remove and reposition the masks until the desired look is achieved.
Step 3.
Ink the heart stamp with pink dye ink and stamp randomly onto the cardstock.
Step 4.
Ink the " Happy Valentine's Day " stamp with black dye ink and stamp it onto the bottom right corner.
Step 5.
Dust with gold pigment powder and wipe away the excess. The powder will stick to the wet ink on the hearts and text. Trim the edges and adhere to a white greeting card.
